| The popular bakery ‘Poujauran’ has closed, but the talented young
baker, Stéphane Secco, has taken over the reputation at the same
location. He used to be a pastry chef for cafés and hotels of the famous
Costes group. Certain people say that breads were better at ‘Poujauran’, but
Secco’s pastries are quite delicious and reasonable. We especially recommend
lemon tart and chocolate banana tart. It’s a kind of everyday bakery that
you wish was in your neighbourhood.
