Les Prairies de Paris is a new brand created in 2002 by the Marseilles-born designer Leaticia Ivanez. Considering that the name means “Parisian Meadows” you may be imagining it as a sort of neo-hippy shop, but the clothing is actually really cute... It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that in just a few short years the brand has become a symbol for Parisian Style. And they just opened a second shop in the Marasi district at the end of May this year. If you head downstairs from the first floor, which is entirely taken up by an art gallery, you'll find a space much larger than the Saint Germain des Pres store.

It definitely gives the impression that Les Prairies de Paris is spreading out. They also have children’s and men’s lines. Each article of clothing starts around €100-150. It’s not what one might call a reasonable price, but just trying on one item will give you such a sense of being Parisian, it’s almost mysterious.
