| The chef, Christian Constant, changed his 2-star restaurant into a more casual one in 2006. OK, 3-course menu costs 45€ and it’s not the most reasonable, but you can enjoy the high quality cuisine for half price. No wonder it’s always full. You had better reserve in advance, especially on the weekend.
Mille-feuille of beef tongue and foie gras melts in the mouth. Grilled sea bass is incredible with the roasted almond topping. We recommend to those who are looking for a traditional yet refined French cuisine.
