Former chef of 'La Régalade' in the 14th, the well-known Yves Camdeborde now works in this brasserie on Place de l'Odéon near Saint Germain des Près. The lamb, perfumed with fresh thyme and lemon peel, was just perfectly roasted, crispy outside and juicy inside. Pig's trotter or beef cheek, he changes these common ingredients into a real delight. No reservations accepted for lunch but they are mandatory for weekday dinner. For lunch, we recommend being there at 12pm. After 12:30pm a long line awaits you! (see the picture)
