Jean Charles Rochoux opened his chocolate shop in November 2004. After being a dessert chef in the 3-star restaurant Guy Savoy, he worked at one of the most famous chocolate shops in 7th district for ten years. The thin chocolate coating crunches and the ganache cream, full of flavors, melts in your mouth…His chocolate is just delicious. The chocolate-coated roasted and caramelized almond is also very good. The chocolate-coated fresh fruits (raspberry, cherry…etc.), available only on Saturday, are surprising. Miniatures of Parisian monuments made of chocolate can be nice souvenirs. Another good address for chocolate lovers! (2007-01-27)
