One of the best bistros in Paris. Regular customers are
enjoying Basque hams and wine at the bar counter, while
waiters are busily working the crowded dining
room...very typical. 30 € for daily 3 course menu. In spite
of the simple bistro appearance, the meal is quite
sophisticated, creative, well presented and even surprising.
Bravo to the chef who offers cuisine of this level at such reasonable prices. No wonder it's always full. We
recommend reserving in advance.
