Au Lapin Agile was established in Montmartre in the mid-19th century and maintains its historic atmosphere of long ago. This cabaret is beloved by many artists and contains no shortage of Parisian musical history. It’s an experience not to be missed.
The setting is truly remarkable. There’s no stage - instead, the singer stands directly before you, sometimes with a drink in hand, and begins to perform. As you listen to this classic musical style in the dim interior, you’ll be transported back in time. You’ll enjoy classic French melodies once sung by artists such as Edith Piaf and Georges Brassens.
Even if you don’t understand the lyrics, you’ll still experience the flavour of France's olden days. The show begins at 9:00 pm and continues until approximately 2:00 am. You may arrive and leave any time you wish. Although reservations are not required if space is available, we recommend that you book in advance by e-mail (infos@au-lapin-agile.com).
