This morning, I read a newspaper article saying "the date of Presidential election is postponed!" and I was so surprised...and when I continued to read it, it said "Poisson d'Avril" in the end. In France, we call this day "Poisson d'avril" (April's fish)instead of "April fool". The kids try to put a piece of paper written something embarassing on the back of somebody's else. If you are in France on the 1st of April, keep checking your back to make sure no one has put anything on you...
